HoiBaby ("we", "our", or "the App") is a newborn care log for parents and caregivers. Your baby's records belong to you, and they stay on your device.

1. On-Device Only & No Data Collection (只存本机，不收集数据)

• No accounts: HoiBaby does not ask for registration, an email address, a phone number or a password.
• No network requests: The App does not connect to the internet. Baby profiles, feeds, diapers and stools, pumping, growth measurements, notes and diaper photos are stored only in the App's storage on your device. Nothing is sent to us or to any third party.
• No ads or tracking: HoiBaby contains no advertising, no analytics SDKs and no tracking of any kind.

HoiBaby 不需要账号，不联网，不含广告和分析 SDK。宝宝资料、喂奶、尿布与便便、吸奶、生长、备注和尿布照片只保存在本机的 App 存储中，不会发送给我们或任何第三方。

2. Device Features the App Uses (使用的设备功能)

• Camera and photo library: Only when you choose to add a diaper photo. The photo is saved in the App's storage on your device.
• Notifications: Feed and pump reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. HoiBaby asks for permission before the first one.
• Widget: If you add the HoiBaby widget, a short summary (for example, the time of the last feed) is shared with it through an App Group on the same device.

相机和照片：仅在你添加尿布照片时使用，照片只存于本机。通知：喂奶和吸奶提醒都是本机通知，首次使用前会请求权限。小组件：如果你添加了 HoiBaby 小组件，简短摘要（例如上次喂奶时间）会通过同一设备上的 App Group 提供给小组件。

3. Backups, Reports & Deletion (备份、报告与删除)

Data leaves your device only when you export it yourself: a full backup (diaper photos included when it fits in 50 MB), or a PDF or CSV report that you save, share or print. A backup file is not password-protected, so anyone who obtains it can read it; keep it somewhere private.

You can delete any record, or delete a baby together with their care and growth records (pump records are kept, because they are shared by all babies). Deleting the App removes all of its data from your device.

只有你主动导出时，数据才会离开设备：完整备份（不超过 50 MB 时包含尿布照片），或你保存、分享、打印的 PDF / CSV 报告。备份文件没有密码，取得文件的人可以读取，请妥善保管。你可以删除任意记录，或删除某个宝宝及其护理和生长记录（吸奶记录为全家共用，会保留）。删除 App 即删除本机上的全部数据。

4. Children’s Privacy (儿童隐私保护)

HoiBaby is used by parents and caregivers to record information about their baby. Because the App collects and transmits no personal data, we do not receive any information about you or your child.

HoiBaby helps you keep personal feeding, diaper and growth records. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and does not replace assessment by a qualified healthcare professional. Growth reference: WHO Child Growth Standards; HoiBaby is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by WHO.
