Today Today: feeds, diapers and pumping at a glance
What's Due, at a Glance

Feeds, diapers and pumping each have one line and a +. When a feed reminder passes, the line turns amber and says how late it is.

⚡️ 2-Tap Feed Log Feeding sheet
Nursing or Bottle, Then Save

The other breast is already picked and the time is now. Add a duration, back-date with "15m ago", or tap tags like "Fed well" or "Just a little" — all optional.

History Care history grouped by day
Every Day, Grouped

Each day shows its feeds, wet diapers and stools, with bottle totals in ml. Search notes, filter by kind, and undo a save you didn't mean.

WHO Growth Standards
Growth chart with WHO reference lines
Weight, Length & Head Circumference

Each measurement shows its WHO percentile and the change since last time. Weighed in a diaper or clothes? Mark it, so a heavier reading is not mistaken for growth.

Insights
Care overview and feeding rhythm
Feeding Rhythm Over 24 Hours to 30 Days

Feeds, wet diapers, stools and bottle intake, with the average time between feeds and the longest stretch — the numbers a night nurse or a clinician asks for.

One Diaper Sheet
Diaper sheet with stool consistency and color
Wet Only or Has Stool

Switch to "Has stool" for consistency, color — red and pale included — and notes. Add a private photo to show your clinician later.

Pumping
Pump history with day totals
Pump History with Day Totals

Pumping belongs to the parent, so it is shared by all babies. Log a total or left and right, and see each day's ml at a glance.

PDF & CSV Report

A Report for the Next Check-Up

Pick the last 7 or 30 days or your own range, preview the PDF, then share or print it. A CSV of the same records is one tap away.

Every Baby, One App

Each baby has their own records, face and growth chart. Choose what to track on Today, and back everything up in one file.

Built for 3 a.m.
Not for sign-up forms.

A newborn already takes every spare minute. Logging should take seconds and ask for nothing else.

Many Baby Trackers:
Friction Before the First Log

  • Accounts and Questionnaires First The baby is hungry now, but the app wants an email, a password and a profile survey before the first feed.
  • Your Baby's Data on Someone's Server Names, birthdays, diaper photos and growth uploaded to a cloud you cannot see into.
  • Ads and Trackers in a Care Log Banners between your feeds, and analytics SDKs counting every tap you make at night.
  • Busy Screens, Tiny Buttons Dashboards full of widgets you didn't ask for, when all you need is one big Save with one hand.

The HoiBaby Way:
Open, Log, Back to the Baby

  • A Name and a Birthday, Then Log No account and no survey. Add your baby and the first feed is two taps away.
  • Stays on Your iPhone HoiBaby makes no network requests. Records and diaper photos are stored on this device; you decide when a backup or report leaves it.
  • No Ads, No Trackers No advertising and no analytics SDKs — nothing counts your taps.
  • Calm Enough for Night Feeds Warm paper colors, a dark mode, and one full-width Save button within reach of your thumb.

Everything a Newborn Day Needs

Feeds, diapers, pumping and growth — the things a pediatrician asks about.

Nursing & Bottles

Nursing records left, right or both (and which came first), with an optional duration. Bottles can be breast milk, formula or mixed, in ml, with an optional formula type. Tags such as "Fed well", "So-so" or "Spit up" take one tap.

Diapers & Stools

One sheet for wet and dirty diapers. For a stool, pick consistency and color — red and pale/clay included — add notes, and keep an optional photo that never leaves your phone unless you back it up.

Pumping, Shared by All Babies

Log a total or left and right in ml. Pumping belongs to the parent, so twins don't get two copies. Pump history groups each day with its total.

Growth on WHO Charts

Weight, length and head circumference against the WHO Child Growth Standards, with percentiles once you choose your baby's sex. HoiBaby is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by WHO.

Insights Without the Math

Over 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days: how many feeds, wet diapers and stools, bottle intake, the average gap between feeds and the longest stretch.

Feed & Pump Reminders

When you save a feed or a pump session, choose when to be reminded next — off, 1, 2 or 3 hours, or a custom time. Reminders name the baby, and stay on your phone.

Siblings & Twins, One App

Add every baby in the family, each with their own records, growth chart and face. Switch with one tap; every sheet says who you are logging for.

PDF & CSV Reports

A care summary for the last 7 or 30 days or any range: feeds, bottle intake, diapers and growth. Preview it, then share, print or save it. The report is a record, not a clinical assessment.

Backup & Tiny Taste Book

Export a full backup in one file — diaper photos included when it fits in 50 MB — and restore it on a new phone. A Tiny Taste Book backup can be restored too: baby profiles, feeds, stools, weight and length come across.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does HoiBaby cost?

HoiBaby's regular price is $4.99. It is free during the launch, with every feature included and no ads. Nothing is locked behind a premium tier, and each extra baby costs nothing.

Does HoiBaby give medical advice?

No. HoiBaby helps you keep personal feeding, diaper and growth records. Charts, statistics and reports depend on what you enter and may be incomplete, and a single percentile does not decide whether your baby is healthy. If you have concerns about feeding, hydration, growth or illness, contact your baby's healthcare professional, and seek urgent care for urgent symptoms.

Where is my baby's data stored?

On your iPhone. HoiBaby has no account, no server and no analytics, and the app makes no network requests. Data leaves the phone only when you export a backup or share a report yourself. A backup file has no password, so keep it somewhere private.

How fast is logging a feed?

Tap + on the feeding line, then Save. For nursing, the other breast from last time is already selected and the time is now; everything else — duration, an earlier time, tags, notes — is optional. If you saved by mistake, Undo appears right away.

Can I track siblings or twins?

Yes. Add another baby in Settings. Each baby keeps separate feeds, diapers and growth, with their own face, and every sheet says who you are logging for. Pumping is shared by all babies, because it belongs to the parent.

Why don't I see WHO percentiles?

The WHO standards differ for girls and boys, so choose your baby's sex in their profile first. Your measurements are always saved and charted either way.

How do reminders work?

When you save a feed or a pump session, pick when to be reminded next: off, 1, 2 or 3 hours, or a custom time. HoiBaby asks for notification permission once, the first time you might want one. When a feed reminder passes, Today's feeding line turns amber.

How do I move to a new phone?

In Settings › Backup & Restore, export a full backup (diaper photos are included when it fits in 50 MB), save it to Files or AirDrop it, then import it on the new phone. Importing replaces the babies and records on that phone, so HoiBaby shows what the file contains before you confirm.

I use Tiny Taste Book. Can HoiBaby read its backup?

Yes. Import a Tiny Taste Book backup in Settings › Backup & Restore. Baby profiles, milk feeds, stools, weight and length come across; foods, reactions and other Tiny Taste Book-only data stay in Tiny Taste Book, so keep the original backup.

Which languages does HoiBaby support?

English and Simplified Chinese. You can switch language inside the app, and dates and reports follow the language you choose.
